I'd say mist a bit more, but otherwise leave them alone, you don't want to "mess up the mood" if the male is still showing interest.
Later, when he stops showing interest, you can probably help her shed as long as you don't handle her too much doing so.
My suri female did the same thing. She's normally an excellent shedder, all in one piece, but shed after two weeks of courting a week or so ago, and it was a bad shed with some pieces still stuck on.
