SKIN PROBLEMS HELP!!

Hey, hoping someone could shed some light. My albino Burmese has been having some major issues with her skin for a while and I can't seem to fix it. From head to toe she has vertical strips of scales that stick straight out. It looks painful and her skin is no longer smooth. What is wrong with her? I've proved some pictures (not very good ones) but maybe you've heard of this before?
