Posted by: Neal_ at Sun Dec 16 09:37:54 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Neal_ ] I finally have some caudolineatus eggs to incubate. One of the females I had gotten from RSG was looking and acting gravid. She laid Wednesday. I dug up the trough yesterday (Sat.) afternoon. I had dug down pretty deep and was digging sideways, when a perfect little egg tumbled out of the nest chamber. It was probably for the best that I came upon them from the side or I might have ruined them all. There were three more in the nest chamber. The nest chamber was 10” deep and located on the cool side. All four eggs are being incubated. I made my best guess about which side was up on the flipped egg. | ||
