Thanks for the links, I think we should all take our time to look this over and make some comments. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a law on the books and will be implimented in some form, until that law can be changed in another legislative session (and this one may stick around a long time..) we have to find a best way to live with this useless regulation. So keep that in mind as you make your comments
