There haven't been very many breedings from the hypos and there seems to be several lines out there.

One particular line was imported this year by Michael Cole, the female was bred in the wild and captured before she laid the eggs. The clutch consisted of normals, several hypos and four leucistics. Most if not all of the hypos were imported and we were lucky enough to get a pair from this clutch. One of the lucys was recently imported (good job Jay!!!). It is presumed that the sire was a hypo, but no one really knows.

Another line has orange eyes and was captive bred this year. No lucys were produced from this pairing, but that doesn't mean there won't be any next year.

These are the only two lines I have personal knowledge of, we should know more in the next few years.

Now after all that, to answer your question, we think it's co-dom.

Hope this helps,
Randy

Here is a picture of one of our hypo's from the lucy line.
