Since you are having problems getting the picture posted, does it look like this? Is it any worst? Is it less obvious?




Unless it is ruptured, or gone to abscess, there is no point in treating it at this time with any ointments. It either goes away cuz she chilled out, or it gets worst because she continues to rub.

You were given advice in the other thread about creating a dark environment by covering the cage. Have you tried this? If she refuses food, are you waiting a full week before trying to feed again? Offering every couple days will stress her even more.

We are trying to help, but without a picture, we can only speculate as to the severity of the condition. Without trying the advice already given, it makes it look as if you aren't listening or something.
