Then take the advice that was given to you. Black out her cage in an effort to get the rubbing stopped. It will likely go away in time, or it may stay, but it's not a severe rub.

You might raise the temps about 5° to help stimulate an appetite. Don't offer her food for another week if she refuses. Maybe even 2 weeks.

Just some advice...When a Boid goes off feed, it really is not a huge concern till some MONTHS have passed. I had a BP that fasted for 9 months, and hardly lost any weight in that time. They just don't need to eat as often as we seem to think they do.
