pit bulls have a genetic tendency to attack smaller animals... i've seen it several times over. the sweetest pit i've ever met, that was raised by one of the nicest guys i've ever met, got out for the first time and within seconds had found a cat and malled it into a bloody pulp.... not because it was raised to do that but because thats what they are made to do
