Posted by: MadAxeMan at Fri Dec 28 07:46:56 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by MadAxeMan ] Miner-all is a little bit different than regular calcium supplements in that is actually a broad spectrum (for lack of a better description) mineral supplement that happens to contain calcium along with the several other minerals it contains. Most other calcium supplements have only calcium and usually vitamin d-3 as well if they are intended for indoor reptiles. Rep-cal is a really good calcium supplement that you should be able to find at pet-co or at any other half-way decent pet store. I used it for years and if I stopped using miner-all that is what I would go back to. In fact my preference for miner-all has nothing to do with it being a supposedly superior product, it has more to do with the fact that it tends to stick better to feeder insects due to it being finer than rep-cal. | ||
