Shy Sulcata Help

We have 2 6 inch sulcata tortoises - both are very health and active - one of them keeps its head in, slightly turned with only one eye showing but is still active - this started a couple of days ago. Before that all was well eating good, basking in the uvb light wondering around, digging......just want to make sure its not some health issue!
