Thats hard to say. The mother may have killed them, the father could have to get the female to go into heat again, the other females may have done it.
Or it could be any number or problems like disease, but generally check the pinks for any wounds, as if they were deliberately attacked. If none, look for a milk band to confirm if the mother was feedings them.
If you see no obvious reasons, my next guess would be poor genetics, and they may carry megacolon or another disease.
It's hard to say.
