I have 2 baby western hognose snakes that hatched about 2 weeks ago. They shed around the second day after coming out of the egg and seem healthy, but they look too small to eat pinks. I have tried to feed them several times with no luck. I have tried with the smallest pinks that I could get, but they still look too big for the babies. I have tried toad scenting, still no luck. I have even tried keeping the pinks away from the mother mouse for a day or 2 as someone suggested, but the pinks always die around day 2. What has worked for you guys? Any and all input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Christy [ Hide Replies ]
