The cereal box or even a sturdy shirt box (from the department stores) can be good. I myself have been using the terra cotta pots and cutting them with a dremel tool (the masonry blade sounds better). They are relatively cheap at $3 - $8 compared to the $50 bucks for a store bought rock hide that the snake could care less about, and you can pick lots of designs and such. Heck, I even have something like your water dish, just smaller and darker colored, with a 3" hole cut in it and placed on the cool side...my big adults love it. | ||
