hi a six foot ig should be fed every day lots of greens and vegs fruits only on occasional days and far as pooping did the former owner say he pooped in his cage cause my ig likes the bath to poop they like to poop in water.it helps her being that she had mbd when i got her now it only time she will go.check into some ig sites as far as diets and lighting and housing cause if everything is not right things happen like not pooping and eating if they dont get warm enough a good site is www.iguanaden.org has a lot of helpful info and that is the diet i follow with my ig hope this helps iggirl1
