Hello and thanks for the response. His basking is about 94 degrees. On the cool end it's about 75 degrees. I also have a uvb light for him. I have him in wire cage right now. I know he should be in an enclosure that holds humidity but I don't have one for him right now. I know that heat in a open cage will suck the humidity right out of reptiles. I will be buliding one very soon. I'm trying to compensate with the daily soaking in warem water and that started yesterday. I got him this past Saturday. He has a wound on the upper front portion of his head near his nostrals that seems to be healed or is healing. He is calm and when I got him to put him in the water tub he remained that way. I know for monitors, if they are very calm it usually means something is wrong either health wise or with their husbandry. As far the feeding goes, I hope you are right and his lack of interest in food is due to the season. He is pretty awsome. I've never really bothered to notice igunas before but since I had him, I really like him.
