I usually just cut up the greens smaller than my iguana's head so he can pack more in his tummy. I also grated the veggies on the cheese grater, but for stuff like green beans, snow peas, and sugar snap peas I just use the food processor and cut it up into little pieces so he can eat it safely and easily.
