When I designed my tank I left out a pond area in fear of them drowning but recently due to a clog in my drainage pipe a small pong formed and they spend most of their time in there now. If you do add a pond area just make sure that there are a lot of places the frogs can easily climb out of when they need to. Also, if you can get away with a fairly shallow pond area, do that. I have heard of several people say that their Leuc's would swim to the bottom of pond areas like Aquatic frogs. Would be cool to watch, but never sacrifice safety for "something cool". | ||
