I currently have a custom enclosure 4 ft long, 20 1/2 in wide and 20 1/2 in high. It's made of wood that has been sealed and has a glass front. It's large enough for my female 2006 chuck but I will be addding a yearling to our family next week. After quarantining the new male I plan on housing them together. I am having my husband make a larger enclosure for the pair and I'm trying to get ideas of how I want it built. Some of my questions...

What cage dimensions will be big enough for two adult chucks?

Does anyone use any type of man made back ground that that has built in rocks, shelves and hiding spaces?

What is the best way to mount the uv light fixture inside the cage so that it is close enough to give the most benefit to the chucks but still high enough to keep the chucks from crawling on it?
