Have they both had a post-brumation shed? That's when breeding usually starts.

Also, light cycle is important. At this point in time daylight is relatively short. Unless you are artificially lighting your snakes and giving them extended daylengths, they may not be triggered to breed yet.

Most breeders cool their corn snakes until the middle of February or beginning of March.
