This is related to the post below about P.D. Deppei. I have had my Deppei for almost 4 months now and here is my growth data.

So, he is growing pretty well and has been eating two fuzzy mice every 6 days. Next week is going to be his first fuzzy rat.

I keep the cold side at 75 and the warm side at about 85.

I had always wondered when it was time to change to a larger prey size, and one thing I have noticed is that the time from feeding to defecation keeps decreasing. When I started feeding my Deppei double fuzzies, it would take 6 days from feeding to defecation. Then 5 days, and now his last was only three days. I don't know if that is a good indication or not, but it is definitely a trend.
