thats exactly the whole point, they are making it so conviluted with paper work that none of those departments are going to want to do it and after someone gets that complete run around by half those depts most likely they will give up and thats what they are hoping for, maybe those of you in the industry now in MO will jump through all those hoops but new people forget it theyll give up and go by a dog or something

seriously Pet Stores, Vet clinics everyone that is in anyway shape or form involved within the pet trade needs to get in on this, if you eliminate all those animals from thye pet trade youll have a serious impact on pet stores vet5 clinics etc

the reality is MO will lose all larger snakes/venomous, ods are if enough people get activated they will back off on alot of the other crap within this but their(politicians/humaniacs) goal is to come out strong and extremly overbearing so everyone freaks out in panic, then they will say "hey you willingly give up venomous and larger snakes and well knock the rest out", its to make people submit in fear its makes their job easier

america is rapidly becoming communist

>>Oh my gosh. Do all the county clerks, police and fire departments know about this? Do we really need the police and fire departments to maintain files on every parakeet and goldfish owner. Somebody needs to tell them their jobs are about to get alot funner. I hear they love useless paperwork.

>>Ma'am we'd like to come in and ask you a few questions, are you now or have you ever been a parakeet owner?
