Many an anaconda, python and countless other snakes are falsely represented by this method, as well as "over-stretched" actual hides to document lengths. Many people are unaware of the stretching dynamics a hide, or a shed skin has. On a large snake, it can add many extra feet to an animal's length. [ Hide Replies ]
