This Ball in my snake

This ball appeared a whiile ago, it sometimes is not there and sometimes it is.

I don't know what it is, I've fed it and it passed the meal fine.

It usually bulges up when it's on it's warm hide, like it inflates. Sometimes the bulge scrunches up to one tinyspot.

after a while of handling the ball dissapears. I held it up to the light since's it's transluscent and it seems to start right after where the lung ends,
