You misunderstood the 99.9% part. It stated "99.9% OF the tax payers", that means: of the people that do pay taxes in this country a very small percentage (what ever that exact number may be) of them give a rats ass about the money made in the ball python market. That was my point and the number 99.9 was actually taken from the post above mine. But I think we are in agreement either way.
