I agree with Doug that it APPEARS to be a jungle. It may just be an aberrant Okeetee, but looks are everything. Even if someone could prove it's a pure corn, it has hybrid markers. It's difficult to sell something like this as a pure corn, AND if you do succeed in doing that, you potentially pollute the gene pool. Herein lies the problems with hybrids. Some do not have hybrid markers and are dishonestly or mistakenly sold as pure corns. The odd animals produced down the line are hybrids, but sold as pure corns, and often have NO hybrid markers, after genetic dilution back to the root species. Hence, people start making odd-looking corns that are touted to be pure (but are actually hybrids in disguise). This is NOT a good thing.
