Tom,....But unfortunately, "telling" people about the lineage might sound good in "theory", it will NEVER stop the tainted genetics from entering collections soon thereafter, it just doesn't happen. Then when you figure in the amount of offspring that one breeding might produce(say 20 eggs), then those females of THAT clutch have babies,.etc...etc...etc...
It's a "wheel" that will NEVER stop turning!......just imagine all the questionable looking hybrids that are ALREADY floating around out there producing more and more of "whatever", multiplied by folds, and folds,....it is totally STAGGERING!
This pertains to MANY different types of snakes as you well know, and it just sickens me when I think of all the MANY, MANY people that are always posting photos, and asking......"what is this?"......that alone is all the proof ANYONE needs to plainly show there is a big problem that is thoroughly out of control!,....know what I mean? I've stated this so many times I get "blue in the face", Anyone that claims hybrids HAVE NOT, CANNOT, or WILL NOT cause huge problems in peoples collections, is just purely "blowing smoke", and has absolutely no idea what they are talking about.......PERIOD!
Anyway, I could probably write a book on just this one subject, but it takes people with enough common sense to grasp what a REAL problem this really is.
