I've used RepCal, Minerall, and Herptivite for years, but IMHO which dust you use is less important that how you use it. Human grade probably won't make any difference. Dusts are easy to under or over dose. More is not necessarily better. When you dust, do it lightly. The most important way to get nutrients into your cham is to gutload your feeder insects well and rely on a calcium and a vitamin dust only as occasional gap-fillers. Check out the excellent feeder gutload recipe on www.adcham.com. I've also heard good things about cricketfood.com's gutload. Rely on this primarily.



If your cham is a fast-growing juvenile you can dust with calcium LIGHTLY every feeding. Once it gets to about 8 months cut back to once a week. Herp vitamins are not specifically formulated for chams, so its best to use them no more often than 4-6 weeks. Montane species tend to be sensitive to D3, but you do need a bit of it if your chams are kept indoors under fluorescents. I haven't kept Werner's so don't know if it is considered a montane species.
