Brad,
I agree with you 100% about sticking with PIJAC or any other group that is working on similar issues that you support. I will continue to support PIJAC on this python fight. If anyone didn't realize before now that we needed an all inclusive national group that is fighting for herpers rights then this action by USGS against our most powerful sub-group is defintely the wake up call of all wake up calls.
I will be posting information on the AHA as it becomes available. But it is a slow go. We have a shell of a website, a rough draft Herper's Bill of Rights and several members on the Board of Advisors. We are not ready to go public. I just wanted to get everyone thinking about our industries situation and seek some help to get the AHA group public. The true test will come when we seek memberships because then it will be up to everyone to make or break the group.
My post was NOT an attack on any other group. I understand that people need information to make decisions. As soon as we have information available we will be passing it on. We must realize where we are and if we intend to fight for our rights and privileges the time is now. I hope to have more information soon. If anyone wants to help please let me know.
Take Care,
