If you're hitting the road in 2 weeks, don't feed them - let them clean out and lower the temps a few degrees.
Deli cups and bags or screw top plastic jars/jugs work fine but protect them from drafts and sun by using a large cooler or insulated box. Pad the box with balls of newspaper or shredded newspaper between the bags and jars so the kids aren't bounced and jarred too much.
Snakes pack very well and the drive is 2 hours or so, this will be fairly simple.
If the drive is in the daytime, beware of the sun roasting the container/box through the window, park in the shade if you must and don't break down.
I drove from Miami to Minneapolis with an SUV full of snakes and Tampa to Miami in July - it can be done with a little planning.
