I would go with snake bags or pillow cases. You can get cheap styrofoam coolers to put them in. The smaller stuff can go in deli cups. The cooler will keep the temp somewhat constant. You can fit lots of adult Colubrids in 1 cooler. You can also use any shipping boxes with the styrofoam lining. That is how I would do it. Good luck. Derek
