I recently moved 13 snakes in a 5 hour drive. I just packed everything into appropriately sized deli cups, Ziploc Takealong food containers and small sterile boxes. I put all the containers in one large sterile box on my front seat and hit the road. There were a couple of regurges and alot of feces, but no problems.
