Ball acting strange. Need advice please

I went to go feed my female ball this evening and she started acting kinda strange. She refused food which she never does. Usually she sits in her hide and then when food comes she reaches and grabs it. Now she just kinda sways sideways when i offer the food to her. She'll keep swaying and finally when i leave her alone she'll stop. Typically when i pick her up she'll just sit there with her head tucked in. Now she tries to get away like a garter snake and still swaying side to side. I cant physically see anything wrong except she didnt shed her head or eyecaps on her last shed. I have tried to get them off but with her being so skittish i couldnt really do it. Could that be it?

With the mouse she will just kinda rub her nose on it but not take it. Shes only about 12" long. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
