It does seem odd that she didn't go with her shed BUT I wouldn't panic just yet. Pet stores often "maintainance feed". In otherwords, just enough to keep them alive. If this was the case your snake may just not be ready to go. One thing you can try is soaking her. This often has the same effect as a hand in warm water .
