Posted by: xxfatalxx42 at Sat Mar 1 19:50:47 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by xxfatalxx42 ] my new tort is making a gasping noise when he breathes not all the time just when he pulls his head in.today i noticed bubbles when he is breathing he stays on the cool side in his hay i put a heat emitter over there to raise his temps now about 80 he has not eaten in 2 days.he has only been in his enclosure for 2 days I'm in johnson city tn and there are no reptile vets is this something that could clear up on it's own with higher temps how long should i wait to see if he starts to eat and what should i look for to tell if he;s getting better?
