what is an "outlandish" price?



it is available for $1 a bag in Florida, yet the further west you go, the harder it is to find, and the more expensive it gets.



i can find it at ONE spot here in Colorado. it ain't a buck a bag. in California? forget it altogether.



it is NOT available for $3 at "every WalMart in the country".



it is all relative.
