I do hear my snakes sometimes pass ridiculously loud bowel movements, and it can sound like a farting noise. So that part is not too big a deal.
Like you, I'd be worried about the diarrhea... Try seperating them and keeping her like you would if you weren't breeding, and see what her next poo is like. I've never had one spew diarrhea when they don't want a male in there, but FatBoyBallPython could be right.
If it doesn't go away, get a sample and take it to a vet to get a culture and see if she's got any parasites. From there you and your vet can figure out what to do.
