Treat the cats as normal - you can get carpet spray for your floors leave it on for a few days before vacuuming it up - cut up a flea collar and put it in your vacuum bag to kill the fleas that you suck up - you can use moth balls in your vacuum as well. I don't think fleas are attracted to cold blooded creatures - but if you want to be on the safe side you can treat their cages and surrounding area with Black Knight or PAM and that will take care of them.
