I've set up perches like that using plastic closet rod holders (available at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) with silicone to hold them to the sides. I just put the enclosure on its side, put some silicone on the closet rod holder and put it in place and then put a brick on top of it to hold in place overnight. Worked like a charm. Hope this helps.
