If the snake is dehydrated the eye sometimes dents in. This looks more like a shed situation, did he just shed? I would just leave this one alone till the next shed myself and make sure he has good humidity right before he sheds out next time. Sometimes the shed leaves a whole grey eyecap which you can remove, but this one is marginal IMO.
