Sadly I think it is obvious what will happen as it is happening all around the country at this very moment. More and more and more states and municipalities and even the federal govt. are shutting down the legal opportunities for reptile (and other exotics as well) ownership. I see no end in sight to this process.

Every time someone "shows out" another nail is sunk into the coffin lid of private animal ownership and yet still it continues fueled by either stupid or just dont care.

I fear that this particular snowball has picked up so much momentum now that stopping it may be a foregone conclusion.
