Sounds like an HCU-Missouri is in order. HCU's ultimate goal is to have a national chapter (HCU-US). The national level HCU can deal with national issues. State level groups like ours are only able to deal with state level matters. Each state needs to form their own chapter to deal with their state level issues as they see fit. Unfortunately, a herper from Missouri with a little extra time on their hands is going to have to step up, recruit members and get the ball rolling. While HCU-TX is not posting our activities on open forums, rest assured, we are working behind the scenes as hard as we can to get issues for your average herper/keeper in Texas solved. You guys WILL see results, we are very confident of that. Unfortunately we need everyone's help.
The techniques of fighting all this legislation is not that difficult despite what some may think or espouse to know. You just have to jump in with both feet and learn the process. We're really NOT a bunch of conspiracy theorist, we just enjoy what we do and want to keep our rights to do so. If you would like to keep up with what we are doing and have a voice simply sign up and join in the fun
Sincerely,
Silly Recreational Herper... ----- HCU
Snakes of Hudspeth County, Texas
