There's your Snake Oil salesman for you. The one Texas Parks and Wildlife gave the free pass to, to continue sending all the chop stick turtles he could to Asia.

Why? They speak the same language. Money understands money.

Sounds like the Commissioners picked a real winner with Bob Popelwell.

Besides, it's so much easier to scapegoat the Hobbyists.

Flim-Flam understands Film-Flam, too!

I won't even bother with the sophomoric naiveté of those that sidled up to TP&W at this point.
