I wonder if the drive to the auto shop is what really injured the snake. Unless the car was a really big one, not alot of space around the central block of the engine. Then again, a running vehicle probably gets much hotter than a boa would like. Could be badly burned.



The owner should get a good smack too..leaving a large snake uncaged in a car even for a short trip, is just asking for trouble.
