How miniature is the fridge? Many people report that the very small fridges (drink coolers) are difficult to maintain a constant temperature. If you already have a fridge, then fill it with bottles of water (to provide mass) and test it out for several weeks using a thermometer with a probe (so you can have the probe in the fridge and the display unit outside) and check that the temps stay constant within an acceptable range inside the fridge.
