Has there ever been a documented case where anyone was attacked by a Burmese Python that was not connected to a feeding mistake?
Years ago, the ocean's apex predator, the Killer Whale, was thought to be a man-eater. However, it has since been demonstrated that the Killer Whale is only dangerous if you happen to be a Seal or some sort of animal that it recognizes as its natural prey.
Could the Burmese Python also be such an animal? Is the Burmese Python the subject of unfounded public hysteria, as the Killer Whale once was?
