RE: red belly racers

I was told when I needed this fellow identified that he was a "Red Belly". Is that the same as your red belly racers, or different species?

I found him in South Carolina at a national park, only photographed him and watched him wander off. There were lots of slugs, snails, and tiny salamanders in the area.
