caiman tank

I just got a 245 gallon aquarium thats 8ft long. I have two questions. One I want to make it a more riverine set up and not just do 50% land on one end or whatever percentage, has anyone else set up a tank like this? Second are there any good filtration systems out there that sit in tank I am using a repti-filter one now
