I notice mine generally eats during the daylight hours. Usually its out and basking/feeding by 10am. You mention temps going up now, and I am assuming you are talking about outside weather conditions. I notice the outside winter temps and daylight hours slowed my uro down, but not completely. If your uro is shutting down, you may not have enough heat on it to get feeding/activity levels up. These guys MUST have a 110-120 degree basking spot and the only way to do that and provide a cooler area to retreat is with a pretty large cage that is three to four feet long. It may be stressed too if you are keeping it in an aquarium where it is being seen all the time. Try upping the basking spot to the 120 degree mark with a cage size big enough to do that, and maybe cover some glass if in a tank, and see if that helps.
