Well, I don't know, but I think there have been no clutches with more than 3 good eggs, so that is the problem. Really there are not many adult female Calicos out there. Remember though they have been around a bit to raise a female to adult size takes a while! I believe that this year is the first year that a few people will have a good shot at it. The fact is a great calico on it's own is awesome and a calico pastel is fabulous. I just got a clutch of 10 from VPI axanthic to calico I'm really excited about. I for one will report any clutch of calico x calico that has a reasonable amount of eggs that doesn't show something different-bit even so it is a 1/4 so it will take a number of clutches to disuade me from trying!
