I rescued a Uro from a local pet store (I was going to get worms for my box turtle who had just come out of hybernation and I couldn't leave this lizard there). She was skin and bones -literally. The pet store was feeding her Iceberg lettuce and crickets. I knew if I didn't do something she would die. Well, she is eating like a pig now and is already looking like a different lizard.

Her tail, however, is in bad shape. There are no spikes on it. I know the pet store took this lizard from some people who didn't want her anymore, so there is no telling what she has been through.

What can I do to help her tail heal and get spikes again? I have attached a picture of her tail.
